Comments: This Pinot Gris is an original wine for the Nantes region. Its limited production on our estate has put an end to an absence of three centuries. It has rediscovered its former brilliance on these fine friable granite soils.

Tasting notes:
- Eye: Golden yellow with straw-coloured tints.
- Nose: Suave and heady, with rose and pepper aromas.
- Mouth: Full-bodied and bewitching with a persistent intensity accompanied for a long time by a hint of residual sugar
Serving suggestions: Aperitif, fish in sauce, foie gras, sauerkraut, ‘tartiflette’, ‘fondue savoyarde’, melon with Parma ham or fruit desserts.
