  • Nose: Complex roasted vanilla and mango aromas.
  • Mouth: Full and silky, concentrated and superbly mature (due to late harvesting), delightful citrus fruit and vanilla flavours with a remarkable intense finish.

Serving suggestions: Aperitif, foie gras, melon with Parma ham, fruit mousse.
