Comments: This Pinot Gris is an original wine; the grapes have macerated for 8 days. Maceration brings out the colours and richness of the grape variety. We are currently out of stock of the 2005 vintage; you’ll be able to find this wine again once the 2006 has been accepted (late February – early March)

Tasting notes:

  • Eye: pale pink, slightly salmon-coloured
  • Nose: Red berry aromas.
  • Mouth: Rich, powerful, slightly spicy; the complexity and length of this enchanting rosé is a delight to the palate.

Serving suggestions: Charcuterie, barbecues, pizza, couscous, paella, spicy foods (this wine brings out the best in this type of dish).
