Tasting notes:
- Eye: a limpid golden yellow.
- Nose: Ripe fruit, with a pronounced mineral note.
- Mouth: With age, the wine has matured and become rounder and fleshier. It is still fresh, with delightful ripe fruit aromas (citrus fruit).

Serving suggestions: Stuffed snails, fish in sauce, rabbit with prunes, goat’s cheese....
