Tasting notes:

  • Eye: a limpid golden yellow.
  • Nose: Ripe fruit, with a pronounced mineral note.
  • Mouth: With age, the wine has matured and become rounder and fleshier. It is still fresh, with delightful ripe fruit aromas (citrus fruit).

Serving suggestions: Stuffed snails, fish in sauce, rabbit with prunes, goat’s cheese....

Grape varieties: Melon de Bourgogne 100 %

Surface area: 4 Ha

Age of the vines: 40 years

Growing techniques: Meticulous work on the vines prior to the harvest (short pruning, leaf thinning, bunch thinning…). The grapes are picked at full ripeness.
