Comments: This is the Muscadet variety made with extra residual sugar (5g instead of less than 2.5 g)

  • Nose: Expresses the mineral and white peach aromas that illustrate the presence of a great terroir.
  • Mouth: Full and silky with citrus fruit and white blossom flavours.

Serving suggestions: Shellfish, fish, white meat, goat’s cheese.

Growing techniques: Meticulous work on the vines prior to the harvest (short pruning, leaf thinning, bunch thinning…). The grapes are picked at full ripeness.
